4. Add Channa dal to the cooker and add water

Take one cup of channa dhal to the pressure cooker. Add enough water to the cooker to boil.

5. Close the lid and cook the channa dal

You must close the lid and turn on the stove. Cook the channa dhal for five whistles so that the dhal is cooked really well. Then you must mash it well so that you can get soft stuffing.

6. Add one cup of jaggery and ground coconut

To the boiled channa dhal, you must now add the ground coconut and cardamom to the dhal. Also, add one cup of jaggery to the cooker to mix them well to make the soft stuffing.
